4. Custom Products & Approval
- For custom items (e.g., printed bags, labeled goods), digital proofs or samples will be sent for approval before production.
- Final production will only start once written approval is received.
- Brandme Trade is not liable for errors once a customer has approved artwork or samples.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on availability and location.
- Risk of goods passes to the client upon shipment.
- Any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
6. Returns & Cancellations
- Custom-made or printed products are non-returnable unless defective.
- Cancellation of an order must be submitted in writing and may incur charges depending on production stage.
- Standard goods may be returned if unused and agreed upon in advance.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website (logos, designs, images) is owned or licensed by Brandme Trade and may not be copied or used without permission.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any logos or artwork they request to be used on products.
8. Limitation of Liability
Brandme Trade is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays due to third parties (e.g., carriers, suppliers)
- Loss caused by client-supplied incorrect information or artwork
Total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
